Changes and Return Policies

By making a purchase with us, you agree to be bound by the following return and refund policy, ideally you should read it in its entirety before submitting an order.

RETURNS

All sales on this site are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for any product purchased on this site unless it is defective in some way. If you receive a defective product or if the order you received differs from the intended purchase, we will accept returns within 15 business days from the date of receipt of the package.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in which it was received.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

We also require that all returns be accompanied by a written statement detailing. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Instead, please contact our customer service department and send your package to the following address:

REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 business days of approval of your refund.

CHANGES

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@egomarked.com and send your item to:

SHIPPING

Our products are shipped within 4 to 7 business days. We provide free shipping on any order, to all locations within Mexico. If you live outside of Mexico, additional shipping charges may apply. To return your product, you must mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item valued at more than $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
